Starting his days in a sport coat and tie, until he was told one day by Bob Noble that he’d make a “fine-looking account guy,” Jim has adjusted his wardrobe so that he mostly wears jeans and has made a home in our casual creative environment. Building a family away from home, Jim reflected affectionately on his interactions with fellow associates over the years. “I have worked with hundreds of awesomely talented and cool people who have helped me keep becoming the person I am. Noble culture is embedded in my life. Up to a challenge. Forever curious. Inventive. Flexible. Opinionated. Confident. I’ve learned to be all of those things here. I admire and love Bob. He gave me an opportunity to prove myself without a thick book to prove my worth. He has supported me personally during times when I needed it. He has put his neck on the line to create an environment where I could flourish.”
And Jim has flourished, as he has helped to build the brands of multiple clients over the years, including Smuckers, TAMKO, and Otis Spunkmeyer. Most recently, Jim expressed that he is extremely proud to be part of the team working on the brand development and introduction of Tyson® Red Label™ chicken products. “We’ve gone from the notion of a brand like it last October to a brand rollout in April [generating record-breaking pounds sold in record time]. That feels pretty darned great!”
Well, Jim, Noble thinks you are pretty darn great! Congrats! Now, bottoms up!

Crowell- you are one of a kind. I remember some of those days you are talking about – back when you and Pope were cranking out creative for TAMKO. I appreciate your lasting contribution to our brands. Thank you! By the way- your supposed to drink that teqila- not swim in it.
