Like it or not, people out there are talking about your brand. (Or worse yet, they’re NOT talking about it.) If you want to have a say in what these different communities are twittering and blogging about, you’ve got to do more than put up a pretty ad. You have to proactively feed each community with the unique content it wants. Stuff of real value. Engage them in conversation. Continually. Forever. Because when you stop, people forget you. Your footprint shrinks. We keep that from happening.
