With 82% butterfat content, Plugra® European-Style Butter has long been a well-kept secret of chefs for creating higher-rising cakes, fluffier pastries, and richer sauces. Our assignment was to let the secret out to consumers and the rest of the foodservice world by relaunching the brand and differentiating it from commodity butter. Through a print campaign and an accompanying website, we positioned the brand as a premium product worthy of a cook’s creative passion.
